Boggy Pond Mangrove
Once a thriving mangrove forest, Boggy Pond has suffered significant dieback due to blocked water channels and reduced freshwater inflow. This disruption has led to hypersaline conditions, making it difficult for mangroves to survive. Our restoration efforts focus on reopening these channels to restore the natural balance of fresh and saltwater, promoting the regrowth of healthy mangroves.
